Food industrial

Systems in areas where food is prepared or processed must comply with incredibly strict hygiene regulations. This poses quite a challenge, especially where vapours, gases and dust create an explosion hazard, as well as necessitating more extensive cleaning work. Luminaires for the food industry must be designed by hygienic directives for dry applications that don’t come into contact with food; areas that occasionally come into contact with food or water and for areas that come into regular contact with food and harsh sanitation practices.
